Return Policy – Vilson Industries

At Vilson Industries, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
• Certain items like innerwear, personalized/customized products, or items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer support via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
• Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup. Alternatively, you may be asked to ship it back to us.

3. Return Shipping

• We provide chargeable reverse pickup for all locations.
• If reverse pickup is not available, you may courier the product to us.

4. Return Rejection

• Returns failing quality checks (damaged, used, or missing parts) will not be accepted.
• Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the customer without refund.

Our goal is to process refunds smoothly and promptly for eligible returns or cancellations.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• If your order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded.

2. Refund Methods & Timelines

Refunds are processed via the original payment method:
• UPI / Wallets: 2–4 business days
• Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
• Net Banking: 5–7 business days
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after return confirmation.

3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if:
• The item is returned not in its original condition
• The order had multiple items,but only one was returned

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards or promotional vouchers
• Downloadable or digital products
• Clearance sale items
