Return Policy – Vilson Industries

At Vilson Industries, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
Certain items like innerwear, personalized/customized products, or items marked "non-returnable" are not eligible.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup. Alternatively, you may be asked to ship it back to us.
3. Return Shipping
We provide chargeable reverse pickup for all locations.
If reverse pickup is not available, you may courier the product to us.
4. Return Rejection
Returns failing quality checks (damaged, used, or missing parts) will not be accepted.
Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the customer without refund.
