Cancellation Policy – Vilson Industries

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Below are the guidelines for cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the product has been shipped, whichever comes first.
- To cancel your order:
- Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details.
- If the cancellation request is made before shipment, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been processed for shipment, we cannot accept the cancellation.
2. Order Cancellation by Vilson Industries
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:
- Inaccurate pricing or product information
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity was detected with the payment
- Unavailability of stock or shipping issues
- Force majeure situations (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
3. Cancellation Process
- Once your order is cancelled, we will notify you via email and process a refund based on the original payment method.
- If the cancellation occurs after the product has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return (as per the Return Policy).
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Cancelled orders will be refunded in full via the original payment method.
- The refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy timelines.
5. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain products, such as personalised items, digital products, or items marked as “non-cancellable” at the time of purchase, cannot be cancelled.
