1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and regions in India. For international shipping, please contact our support team in advance.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Ruralor Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festivals.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000/-.
- Orders below the minimum threshold or requiring express delivery may attract an additional shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
5. Courier Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment tracking link via email/SMS once your package is dispatched. You can also log in to your account on our website to track your order.
7. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the address is incorrect or unreachable, the shipment may be returned to us.
- In such cases, we will contact you for further instructions.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 24hours of the delivery attempt. We will investigateand resolve the issue promptly.
